Create, manage, measure go-to-market strategies for our new solution launches; Manage the paid, owned, earned channel campaigns across the Xsolla enterprise and community; Integrate and execute with advertising, CRM (Email campaigns), digital activations online, social media brand campaigns and industry events; Support internal marketing team in each of our regions for key initiatives to be activated across all marketing content platforms ; Document, deliver, report and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; Work with our internal design, advertising, product, public relations and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns to generate quality leads for Xsolla; Optimize results in an effort to decrease costs per activations; Deliver within the allocated marketing budget for campaigns and with our regional teams around the world; Develop and measure key metrics around the business including customer acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates. In addition, we are looking for a highly organized individual who can effectively work on and deliver multiple projects simultaneously to liaise with our product, business development, customer support, finance, legal and global operations colleagues and stakeholders in offices located around the world.
