Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (preferred), NRP (preferred) certifications; minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience; strong skills in EKGs, IV starts, nebulizer treatments, vent management, suture removal, assisting with casting, and preparation for charge nurse roles. This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including neonates through geriatrics, with a focus on trauma, stroke, STEMI, behavioral health, and other critical conditions.
