In conjunction with the BMHCC System Administrator of Pharmacy and Radiology, leads the planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring of all outpatient pharmacy functions to ensure optimal outcomes by the use of integrated clinical, informational, operational, financial, and drug distribution systems. • Leads outpatient pharmacy growth strategies, including but not limited to prescription capture growth, employee prescription initiatives, 340B conversion opportunities, mail-order consolidation, specialty pharmacy pull-through, and pharmacy access expansion.
