Harbor Patrol Officer II: Considerable experience in harbor operations which has led to the acquisition of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and possession of a United States Coast Guard Captain's license with towing endorsement, i.e., Merchant Mariner Credential OR two (2) years of experience as a Harbor Patrol Officer I for the County of Ventura or equivalent.
