Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Meta Superintelligence Labs organization Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management Help define and implement scalable financial processes9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts, and experience prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projectsMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
