The successful candidate will lead the full Quality organization — Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Lab Technicians (Cal & Met Lab), NDT, Compliance, and Inspectors — while directing quality systems, driving regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure business goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, operational excellence, and employee development.
