Advise and provide counsel on labor and employment-related matters ,which may include, but are not limited to, wage and hour law, human resources, workers' compensation, unemployment, and other state agency claims, employee relations, employment agreements, policy-related issues, FMLA and other states/local leave matters, employment-related litigation, internal employee investigations, and arbitrations. Develop strategy and actively manage litigation and claims portfolio from inception to conclusion, including the development and execution of effective litigation management (including discovery) and settlement strategies, budget and outside counsel management, and the negotiation and resolution of pre-litigation disputes.
