The ideal candidate is a proactive Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant with litigation experience and the discretion, sound judgment, and attention to detail required to manage complex divorce cases, navigate detailed financial discovery, and contribute actively to trial preparation. Assist with asset inventories, valuations, appraisals, and other financial matters in complex divorce, trust, and estate cases, coordinating with CPAs and outside professionals as needed.
