The HR Generalist will serve as a primary HR resource during the evening shift, handling employee relations, leaves of absence, investigations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and California employment law compliance . Compensation will be based on the candidate's depth of HR experience, particularly experience with California employee relations, investigations, leave administration, compliance, and HR support within a production or operational environment .
