p>Responsibilities: • Assist with document review using Relativity, Cellebrite, and Axiom review platforms • Examine protocol materials, warrants, and other legal work product and filings specific to each matter • Review and identify potentially privileged material containing attorney work product, attorney-client privilege, spousal privilege, and common interest privilege, as applicable • Work closely with Fraud Section Special Matters Unit attorneys to ensure potentially privileged documents are properly quarantined from the investigation and prosecution teams • Communicate key issues and notable documents with team.
Qualifications:
• Law Degree • Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and legal research resources (including Westlaw and Lexis) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures, resources, and databases (including Relativity) • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ MBI clearance • Desired: Foreign language fluency, leadership experience in small team environments.
