li>Under limited supervision, ensure safe and efficient operation of various types of mechanical systems to include, but not limited to: refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, automation, medical gas and fire protection systems, Energy Management systems, and follows through to completion any required repairs maintenance and alterations.
Review Work Orders daily and complete associated tasks/repairs by Type/Priority and document the "as found" condition, troubleshooting/repair details, list any testing equipment (w/calibration dates), test results data, photos, verbal/written documentation of communication with Requestor and final "as corrected" condition.
