Manage façade engineering projects from concept design through construction administration Coordinate and oversee the design and analysis of façade systems, including curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and enclosure assemblies Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams Lead project planning, including scope development, schedules, budgets, and resource coordination Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field observations to support constructability and performance requirements Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and building science professionals to resolve design and field issues Support construction administration activities, including site visits, issue resolution, and reporting Mentor and support junior engineers and designers as part of project teams Contribute to proposals, fee development, and business development efforts as needed. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of façade engineering projects, balancing technical rigor with clear communication and strong project controls.
