The Senior Electrical Engineering Manager provides day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and decision-making for the electrical engineering team while partnering closely with Preconstruction, Design Management, Performance Engineering, HV/Substation, Procurement, Quality, Commissioning, and Operations to reduce risk and deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing plants at scale. Identify major electrical risks and tradeoffs at both project and portfolio levels-including NERC compliance, protection schemes, and grid-integration risks-recommend mitigations, and ensure they are captured in pursuits, budgets, risk registers, and quality plans.
