Coordinate efforts across various departmental teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration toward common project goals; mediate between teams to create an environment focused on shared success; Manage coordination, administration, and timely execution of cross-functional projects; Set, track, and meet deadlines, facilitate communication between project team leaders, and bring project teams together into a cohesive whole. Lead the development and implementation of policy in various regulatory matters, such as rate cases, annual reconciliation dockets, electric vehicles and battery storage, interconnection, advanced metering, non-wires alternatives, energy affordability and arrearage forgiveness investigations, storm investigations, and civil penalties; support government affairs and corporate communications initiatives as needed.
