This role manages a team of process engineers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports new products or process introduction, and partners cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams to achieve business goals. Experience with lean principles and techniques to include Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time Reduction and Process Balancing, Yokoten, 5S, Set Up Reduction (SMED), and Kanban.
