Draft, review, revise, and coordinate routine commercial agreements under the direction of legal counsel, including confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, service agreements, clinical agreements, material transfer agreements, licensing-related documents, and other business contracts. This position will work closely with the General Counsel and Transpire Bio attorneys, and collaborate with internal departments, outside counsel, and business partners in the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and other international markets.
