This role provides leadership for engineering workforce strategy, capability planning, succession management, talent mobility, and workforce intelligence partnering with engineering leaders, capability leaders, MAP leaders, Division Engineering Managers, and HR leaders to assess critical capability needs, identify risks, develop talent strategies, and protect engineering capabilities essential to Corning's success. The HR Director, Global Engineering and MT&E serves as the strategic talent integrating pivotal talent initiatives between the Chief Engineer, Engineering Council, Manufacturing Effectiveness Council, business leadership teams, division engineering organizations, Technology Community, and HR community to strengthen Corning's global engineering capabilities and talent pipelines.
