Knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and conveyor operation etc., including use of power tools, reading schematics, blueprints, and instructions. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the warehouse building and material handling equipment, including conveyor belts, forklift equipment, and racking.
