Ability to read, understand, and analyze legal documents (e.g., courtroom transcripts, pleadings, police reports, expert witness reports, statutory and non-statutory legal motions, affidavits, arrest and search warrants, court orders, statutes, appellate case law, and jury instructions) related to criminal prosecution. Assist with case preparation including, but not limited to: witness contact; victim contact; evidence preparation; attending and appearing on the record in court; preparing motions; working in the case management system; and other case-related duties.
