The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on leader who ensures customer inquiries, product questions, submittal packages, and design wins are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently while driving continuous improvement in service quality, processes, and customer experience. The Supervisor, Applications Engineering leads a team of eight to twelve Application Engineers responsible for delivering customer-focused technical solutions, product application guidance, and pre-sales engineering support.
