Must have Skill Set: Professional Engineer (PE) license, experience in land development, transportation, water/drainage systems, background in power distribution projects, business development experience, experience with utility infrastructure projects, knowledge of construction and design feasibility, and strong project management, communication, and client relationship skills. This role involves overseeing design plans and technical reports, managing and mentoring engineering staff, building client relationships, supporting business development, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and drive company growth.
