Manages traffic design projects or tasks within larger transportation projects such as traffic signal design, signal modernization, on-street and centralized traffic signal systems, signal timing for design, MOT plans for signals, ITS, lighting, signage, pavement markings, pedestrian hybrid beacons, RRFB's, and school zone flashers. For traffic design projects: manages, performs, and coordinates the tasks for CAD design, sign design, engineering plans, design calculations, specifications, quantities, and construction cost estimates.
