The role is best suited for someone with approximately 10 years of experience in mechanical and/or systems engineering, as well as strong leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational, project management, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. The engineer will translate customer needs into equipment and system specifications, conceptual designs, and detailed designs, while applying mechanical engineering principles to analyze forces, moments, and stresses throughout the development process.
