A working, cross-disciplinary understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering - comfortable interpreting mechanical drawings and GD&T as well as electrical schematics, troubleshooting across both mechanical hardware and electrical/electronic systems, and interfacing with design engineers to address DFM/DFA challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across 3+ cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, hardware/design, program management, and test), and proven attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
