Responsibilities may include general building maintenance, painting, drywall and sheetrock repair, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, repairing doors, locks, windows and screens, maintaining heating and cooling equipment, flooring and roofing repairs, grounds and irrigation maintenance, and assisting with construction or remodeling projects within your skill level. To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required ~ Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions ~ Be able to work independently and as part of a team ~ Have strong organization and time management skills ~ Be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
