Ensures the efficient operations of the hospitals infrastructure, medical and non-medical equipment, manages facility work order program, maintenance of building and grounds and assures a safe and comfortable environment for patients, guests, and employees. Plans, organizes, implements, Facilities and Engineering activities and staff, including plant operations, maintenance, construction, regulatory compliance and grounds at the Newburgh and Cornwall campuses and select off-site locations.
