Technical Leadership in DfAM & DFM: Act as the technical authority on Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) for medical applications, guiding customers and internal teams on lattice and porous structures, part orientation, and supports, and ensuring integration with downstream operations, including 5-axis machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, and automated inspection. Engineering Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product development engineers, application specialists, and technical leads; set clear priorities across concurrent customer programs, coach engineers on technical and customer-facing skills, and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
