Responsibilities:
<ul><li><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead strategic commissioning projects and ensure system optimization.</li><li>Provide solutions to complex technical challenges and drive innovation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry-leading safety and quality standards.</li><li>Deliver strategic insights and recommendations through detailed reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate engineering strategies with organizational goals.</li><li>Manage, mentor and develop engineering talent across the organization.</li><li>Drive the continuous advancement of commissioning methodologies.</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.</li></ul></li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years experience, or a master's in engineering with a 5+ years of experience.</li><li>Electrical Engineering degree preferred but other Engineering disciplines may be accepted by CX management.</li><li>Infraspection Level 2 required.</li><li>AVO Medium Voltage Cable Testing and Diagnostics required.</li><li>AVO Advanced Protectice Relay Maintenance Technician required.</li></ul><p>Abilities:</p><ul><li>Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.</li><li>Sitting for extended periods of time.</li><li>Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.</li><li>Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.</li><li>Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.</li><li>Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.</li><li>Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.</li><li>Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.</li><li>Identify and understand the speech of another person.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Applied knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining strong trusting relationships.</li><li>Leading complex technical discussions, projects, and/or programs.</li><li>Validating world class technical solutions on projects.</li><li>Ensuring engineering best practices are followed across multiple engineering and solution disciplines.</li><li>Managing all technical risk on a project.</li><li>Leading and managing engineering teams on a project</li><li>Leading multiple engineering disciplines to develop new and upcoming engineers and technical experts.</li><li>Preparing and presenting client-specific solutions.</li><li>Leading the development and maintenance of project artifacts that are required to ensure success for a project.</li><li>Identifying, recommending, and implementing work process improvements.</li><li>Reviewing all technical project details before implementation.</li><li>Leading and managing the integration of data from multiple company systems and analyzing the data to draw insights on project technical solution.</li><li>Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to and issues identified and resolved.</li><li>Maintaining a positive, assertive relationship with all project personnel to achieve project milestones and overall project success.</li></ul>
