This role performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, responding to equipment failures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing brewery, packaging, utility, and facility equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations with minimal downtime.
