Role Overview The Senior Manager, Facilities is responsible for the leadership, management, and strategic direction of facilities operations across all Brother USA locations, including the Bartlett, TN campus, Distribution Centers in Perris, CA and Richmond, VA, and office locations in Bridgewater, NJ, Colorado, Phoenix, AZ, and Chicago, IL. We value work-life balance and flexibility, and as a result have introduced policies such as our hybrid office schedule, casual dress code, and flexible Fridays, which allow us to wrap up meetings for dedicated focus time or to start our weekends sooner, year-round.
