On the day-to-day, you will: Act as the senior-most engineer for the team: design components, write high-quality code, troubleshoot complex issues, perform rigorous code reviews, and own the team''s technical roadmap, leading end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of technical solutions for internal and external healthcare systems. We're seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager who is energized by solving complex technical challenges, building scalable cloud-native solutions, developing high-performing engineering teams, and using AI to transform how software is designed and delivered.
