This role plays a pivotal part in troubleshooting and eliminating root causes that drive equipment downtime, Preventative maintenance, mechanical drafting, R&D setups for testing and data gathering, interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling, setting up Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, writing programs to achieve the required geometry, troubleshooting program-related issues, and providing manufacturing support by loading and proving all CNC programs. Day to day, coordination with production, engineering to solve problems and implement solutions quickly and safely to keep factory assets operating efficiently to include Repair, replace and installing sensors, actuators, transformers, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, electric eyes, conduit systems, switches, wiring, belts, valves, etc.
