This position leads and develops a team of Manufacturing Programs Manager and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects responsible for new product introductions, capacity expansions, line launches, facility readiness, process changes, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives. The Manager, Manufacturing Programs oversees integration of new capital equipment, technologies, systems, and workflows into manufacturing operations and provides feedback to engineering and business teams to improve manufacturability, operational efficiency, and process flow.
