The Assistant Director, Ticketing oversees all aspects of ticket operations and sales within the Athletics department including ticketing responsibilities for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and volleyball, maintaining computer system integrity, hiring, evaluating, and training of staff. Develops, manages, and executes a ticket sales campaign, with a focus on men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball season tickets, mini plans, suites, group and individual game sales to maximize customer relations and revenue.
