Responsibilities:
Electronic Systems Support<ul><li>Assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of PLC and motion control systems.</li><li>Support troubleshooting of industrial electronic equipment with support from supervision.</li><li>Help maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Assist with installation of communication cables, power distribution cables, and wiring.</li><li>Work with the team to assemble and disassemble equipment while following established procedures.</li></ul>Control Systems & Monitoring<ul><li>Respond to alarms and out-of-parameter readings with guidance.</li><li>Review control logic, check set points, and test electrical wiring.</li><li>Monitor various systems, such as chemical tanks and boiler systems.</li><li>Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks (filters, water tanks, scale calibration, label systems).</li></ul>Project Support<ul><li>Assist with production start-up and shut-down activities.</li><li>Support R&D testing activities including wiring, unwiring, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Work with engineers on tests and pilot runs for new products and processes.</li></ul>Network & IT Systems<ul><li>Assist with computer systems, network equipment, and industrial LANs.</li><li>Support security systems and video surveillance systems.</li><li>Help maintain servers and network infrastructure.</li></ul>Documentation & Communication<ul><li>Effectively maintain required performance and maintenance records.</li><li>Document electronic and electrical equipment activities.</li><li>Communicate with Systems Engineering management on projects and issues.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance and electromechanical teams as needed.</li></ul>Additional<ul><li>Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Must have regular and punctual attendance.</li><li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Will assist with installation, maintenance, and testing of Research and Development equipment associated with initial production, plant troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects. Knowledge and ability to maintain certification to operate various material handling equipment and to service complex refrigeration and mechanical systems.

Overview:
Maintenance employees assist with all maintenance functions within the plant. This position performs regular and preventative maintenance for machinery within the plant. Additional responsibilities include assisting other maintenance employees and performing emergency repairs when needed. Will assist with installation, maintenance, and testing of Research and Development equipment associated with initial production, plant troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for processing work orders and performing daily preventative maintenance tasks according to procedures and schedules.</li><li>Repair, service, adjust, and test equipment (air systems, refrigeration units, hydraulic tanks, compressors, and condensers).</li><li>Assemble and disassemble equipment effectively and efficiently while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.</li><li>Will utilize both hand and power tools effectively while maintaining high maintenance and safety standards.</li><li>May operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment.</li><li>Immediately report or repair any problem noted during shift. Communicate to maintenance management for direction or coordination of activities.</li><li>Will maintain the integrity and follow procedures and processes put into place by ownership.</li><li>Will be required to learn all aspects and be knowledgeable of all systems, as it pertains to the facility to advance in level and compensation.</li><li>Utilize critical thinking skills to improve overall technical competency and effectiveness.</li><li>Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
