They are responsible for faculty hiring, faculty review and development, composite construction, curriculum development, operations, facilities, and budget management and oversight, staff supervision, supporting student success activities, as well as representing the department in admissions and recruitment, and a range of other duties and responsibilities necessary to the administration of the department.
