Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills, level of experience and training, specific qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and other business/organizational needs. In this role, the Consultant is expected to manage multiple projects and project types concurrently, maintain a high degree of quality and accuracy, and contribute to client-facing activities, including presenting findings and communicating results to clients.
