Troubleshoot, repairs and overhaul pneumatic and electrical controls, commercial refrigeration compressors, centrifugal water chillers, two and four pipe water heating and chilling systems, boilers, pumps, valves, starters, condenser coils, filters, electrical heating systems, duct work, plumbing (including urinals, toilets, sinks, drain and water supply lines), and any other device that is part of the assigned facilities. 5.At times performs the following: Assist other trades specialists in their duties, minor repairs and maintenance to equipment and tools, moves office furniture and arranges conference rooms and meeting areas as needed for various meetings and conferences, grounds keeping duties and minor plumbing repairs.
