Five (5) years of professional responsible experience in transit, transportation, public safety, or a similarly related field, including one (1) year as a bus operator, two (2) years working in a position requiring extensive customer service interaction, and two (2) years of transportation supervisory experience. May be moderately exposed to unpleasant working conditions to include dust, noise, temperature, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting DART's operating facilities, assuming incumbent is observing all policies and procedures, safety precautions and regulations, and using all protective clothing and devices provided.
