As an individual contributor, the Collector handles inbound/outbound collection calls, documents member interactions, prepares correspondence, recommends foreclosure actions, resolves or escalates member issues, and follows established procedures to remediate defaulted loans. Knowledge of servicing guidelines, general understanding of residential mortgage lending guidelines, State of Louisiana Real Estate Lending Laws, applicable compliance regulations, and regulatory agency rules which govern residential real estate servicing.
