Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field - 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders - Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of operational process, change management, and communications.
