li>Draft correspondence, deal summaries/memos (including on-camera talent restrictions and approvals, and responding to questions from internal and external parties about specific deal terms like payment schedules, fees, etc.), and presentation materials; track project milestones and communications; and create/maintain/localize US and global forms, templates and organizational systems. The role will provide day-to-day contract administration and deal support for film and television, podcast, editorial and commercial digital video content, and live event related production across Condé Nast brands like Vanity Fair, Vogue, The New Yorker, GQ, Wired, Bon Appetit, Architectural Digest, and more.
