ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects including contracts, change orders, invoicing, and payments. Our work is a mix of Market-Rate Housing, Urban Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Community Colleges, Civic/Government, Higher Education, Planning, and Programming.
