Respond promptly to facility issues, including equipment failures, leaks, temperature concerns, and utility interruptions, and notify the Maintenance Manager when additional support is needed. Troubleshoot and perform general repairs involving plumbing, lighting, electrical and HVAC components, doors and hardware, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and seating.
