This position will review and input timely and accurate ongoing expenses, taxes and other expenses related to our portfolio of leases (expense & income) that will require interacting with both internal and external customers to ensure alignment of expenses. Contributes to meeting the team goals in addition to individual responsibilities, by attending huddles, training for new or current workflows that need to be learned, understanding the HHC vision and working towards the same goals, more automation, more lean workflows, and to be as efficient as possible.
