Three (3) years related accounting experience; knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications with a level of intermediate to advanced level Excel skills.

This role reviews encounter and coding information, submits claims to payers, and assists with resolving billing discrepancies to promote clean claim submission and minimize delays in payment.

The Payroll and Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, recording financial transactions, monitoring and maintaining certain aspects of the general ledger. Effectively and accurately perform general accounting functions related to payroll, patient A/R, retirement, credit card processing, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Provides financial support to the business, including but not limited to cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, At Risk coordination, forecasting and EAC development, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review and cash flow management (to include timely unbilled analysis/reconciliations). QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance, related field or technical training OR in lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
