Day-to-dayLead and oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationOversee a team of 6Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAPDevelop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controlsPartner with operations and FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at the location and consolidated levelServe as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and other third partiesIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and close optimizationSupport ERP implementations, integrations, and system upgrades across locationsManage, mentor, and develop accounting staff, including performance reviews and workload planningSupport special projects such as M&A integrations, new location openings, and restructuring initiatives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accountingPrior experience managing or reviewing the work of accounting staffStrong experience supporting multi-location or multi-entity organizationsDeep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
