Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year experience in an administrative assistant related role, prior experience in mortgage lending or finance, ability to type 60-70 wpm, passion for delivering excellence in customer service, high levels of diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality, demonstrated patience and professionalism, proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, ethical with a commitment to company values, and the ability to speak both Spanish and English. Essential functions include welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, maintaining an employee directory, assisting the Branch Manager and Branch Operations Manager, collecting and distributing incoming mail and packages, assisting in the preparation and delivery of mailings, maintaining office supplies inventory, partnering with the IT helpdesk, assisting walk-in applicants, performing general clerical duties, making copies, maintaining a tidy office space, monitoring and reconciling invoice discrepancies, coordinating events and meetings, and performing other duties as assigned.
