8-10+ years' experience working in ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management, CMDB Data Management and related ITIL activities, including minimum 4+ years' experience in Software Asset Management, including experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro process and workflow development, design, and creation highly preferred and 4+ years of overall experience with ServiceNow platform administration/management, configuration, development, integration, upgrade and continuous improvement, understanding the ServiceNow Data Model.
