This role evaluates proposed topside and below-deck equipment installations, recommends equipment locations, and performs engineering assessments to identify and resolve physical, electromagnetic, structural, operational, safety, and system-performance impacts. The position requires hands-on engineering judgment across shipboard arrangement, CAD-based design review, equipment placement, EMI/EMC, RADHAZ, field-of-view, blockage, interfaces, and installation constraints.
